In selecting investments, the Advisor uses a number of criteria, including (but not limited to):

• Industries and companies with high barriers to entry
• Industries and companies with high returns on invested capital
• Industries and companies with favorable demographics
• Industries and companies participating in major, long-term trends; and
• Companies with strong management teams

How do I purchase, exchange or sell shares?

1. By phone: If you have already provided Stewart Capital Mutual Funds with your banking instructions and you have telephone privileges, you can purchase, exchange or redeem shares by calling us toll-free at 877.420.4440. Select option 4 to speak with representative.
    
2. By mail: To make a written request to purchase, exchange or redeem shares, please include the name of the account holder, fund name, account number and Social Security number. Please remember to sign and date your request, and make your check payable to Stewart Capital Mutual Funds. Mail your request to:
